Additionally, we do not accept returns on items that have been customised or personalised.
Please note: certain hair and beauty items may also be non-returnable due to their nature, such as hair extensions and wigs, as they are designed to be worn and cannot be resold once opened. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

However, if you exercise frequently or your hair gets particularly dirty or oily, you may need to wash it more often. Browse our selection of haircare products!

Look for products that contain natural oils like coconut oil, jojoba oil, or shea butter, as these are great for nourishing the hair and locking in moisture. Swimming with hair extensions is generally not recommended, as chlorine and salt water can damage the hair and cause tangling. If you do decide to swim with extensions, it's important to rinse your hair thoroughly with fresh water immediately after swimming and use a leave-in conditioner to help detangle the hair. It's also recommended to wear a swim cap to protect the extensions from the water.

The care and maintenance of your hair extensions will depend on the type of extensions you have and the hair type used. Generally, it's recommended to avoid using heavy products or excessive heat on the extensions and to use a gentle shampoo and conditioner designed for extensions. It's also important to detangle the extensions gently and avoid sleeping with wet hair.

The essential skin care products include a gentle cleanser, moisturiser, and sunscreen. These three products can help keep your skin clean, hydrated, and protected from the sun's harmful rays. Depending on your skin type and concerns, you may also want to incorporate additional products like vitamin oils or exfoliators into your routine. It's important to test foundation shades on your skin before purchasing to ensure a good match. The best place to test foundation is on your jawline, as this area is closest to your natural skin tone. It's also important to consider your skin's undertones, as some foundations may have warm or cool undertones that can affect how the shade appears on your skin. We stock a range of makeup products for flawless looks.

You can use beard oil daily, or as often as needed to keep your beard hair and skin hydrated and healthy. Some men prefer to use it in the morning after washing their face and beard, while others prefer to use it at night before going to bed. The frequency of use will depend on your individual needs and preferences. Explore our men’s grooming products for more.

The amount of beard oil you should use will depend on the length and thickness of your beard. Generally, a few drops of oil are sufficient for short beards, while longer beards may require more oil. Start with a small amount and add more as needed, being careful not to over-saturate your beard with oil. Explore our men’s grooming products for more.
