    Ordering and Payment

    We have 24hr delivery and there’s an option of 48hrs.

    Internationally between 3-5 days or between 7-15 days.

    Orders are shipped out of our store within 24hrs of order being received. The length it takes to reach you is dependent on the courier.

    You will receive your order number as soon as your order leaves our store.

    Yes, and you can make payment over the phone as well.

    Within 24hrs of you placing your phone order, your order will be ready for collection. If you call before 2pm you can collect your order same day.

    You may use Card payment, PayPal and Swipe.

    If you have made payment by card and wish to change your delivery address, kindly send us an email with your changes and we will reply with change of address confirmation.

    Yes you can. Please e-mail your order number and we will reply with confirmation. Please ensure you send us changes within 24hrs of placing your order.

    Please contact us if your order is missing an item, we ensure we take pictures of each order before it is shipped. Please quote your order number when enquiring about a missing product. If your box is broken upon receipt, please do not sign for it.

    Return Policy

    For hygiene purposes, products below may not be returned:

    Wigs, all nail accessories (tweezers, nail files), hair-brushes may be returned on condition that they are still in their original package.

    We accept all other products, on condition that they are in their original packaging and the packaging has not been tampered with.

    Orders may be cancelled or changed within 24hrs of the order being purchased, you cannot change the order once it has been shipped out.

    It takes a minimum of 7 working days to receive your refund. Please note, however, this depends on the card provider and the type of payment made.

    Your Account

    Click on the Login tab on the top left of your screen.

    Go to Register and submit your details. Once you have submitted your details, click on Register.

    Go to account details and follow prompts to reset your password.

    Go to Login and once you have logged in you are able to change your personal details

    Product

    You can enter the first 3 letters of a product and the list of products will appear. If you still cannot find the product, please send us an email on info@agloryhairandcosmetics.com.

    COVID 19 Procedure

    We operate normal hours 9am – 7pm for all call to collect orders ONLY.

    Aglory is following the guidelines issued by the CDC, WHO, and local authorities to keep our team and customers safe. We’ve put in place safety measures – social distancing, the use of PPE and regular cleaning. Kindly ensure you always maintain social distancing and wearing a mask when collecting your order.

    Your pick-up time will be confirmed with you when you place your order.

    Aglory remains committed to delivering your order as speedily and efficiently as we can. Unfortunately, owing to current disrupts due to COVID, we are experiencing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
